Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fetoin A levels. Timepoint: Blood sample of the participants once in the first stage (pre-test) 48 hours before the start of the test and after fasting for at least 10 hours in the amount of 5 cc in a sitting position and the second time 48 hours after the last training session (twelve weeks) in a fasting state will be taken Also, subjects should record the diet of the day before the first blood draw and follow the same diet on the day before the final blood draw session. Method of measurement: Laboratory methods will be measured.;Ankle brachial index (ABI). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, the first stage (pre-test) will be taken 48 hours before the start of the test and the second time 48 hours after the last training session (twelve weeks). Method of measurement: It will be measured using vasera-vs-2000 device (Fukuda Denshi, Japan) between 9 am and 12 am. Before the test, the participants rested in a supine position for 15 minutes to avoid the potential effect of stress. During the examination, people remain lying on their backs. 2 electrodes will be placed on both wrists and 4 blood pressure cuffs will be wrapped around the arms and ankles and a microphone will be placed on the sternum in the second intercostal space.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The effect of resistance training on serum calcium levels. Timepoint: Blood sample of the participants once in the first stage (pre-test) 48 hours before the start of the test and after fasting for at least 10 hours in the amount of 5 cc in a sitting position and a second time 48 hours after the last training session (twelve weeks) in a fasting state will be taken. Method of measurement: In the comparative study of the effect of resistance training on serum calcium levels, the secondary variable can be measured using blood sampling with laboratory methods.;The effect of resistance training on serum phosphorus levels. Method of measurement: In the comparative study of the effect of resistance training on serum phosphorus levels, the secondary variable can be measured using blood sampling with laboratory methods.;The effect of resistance training on body composition (weight, fat percentage and body mass index). Timepoint: The body composition test will be measured 48 hours before the start of the protocol and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: Body composition measurement including height, weight, fat percentage and body mass index will be measured using inbody model 230 device made in Korea.
