Inclusion criteria: Being 60 years old or older Giving consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from hearing loss or blindness Being diagnosed with cancer or having a history of debilitating diseases such as severe heart failure or strokes Being diagnosed with severe cognitive and psychiatric disorders
