Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 8th semester study of nurses who are studying at Shirvan Nursing School. Not having chronic mental or physical problems in the last six months that caused him to be hospitalized in medical centers They do not have a history of receiving training on the components of emotional intelligence. Having informed written consent to participate in the study All incoming students must be entrance in October 2021 They don't have nursing and rehabilitation work experience

Exclusion criteria
