Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers with normal pregnancy and hospitalization for vaginal delivery 2. Gestational age 37 full weeks to 42 weeks 3. Gestational age 37 full weeks to 42 weeks . Single pregnancy Not having a history of medical and psychological problems Residence in Yasuj city
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Placement of the baby in the high-risk group (low birth weight, macrosomia, Apgar score lower than 7 in the first and fifth minutes, meconium contamination, congenital anomalies) Birth complications (such as increased blood pressure, decollement, uterine atony, and 3rd and 4th degree perineal tears)
