Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent and fill out the form Being over 18 years old The ability to read and write Confirmed diagnosis of COPD through PFT(FEV1/FVC<0.7)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness yo continue the research at any stages of the process Changing in the level of consciousness of the patient that he/ she cannot communicate anymore Occurrence of severe respiratory or hemodynamic disorder so that the patient is unable to continue participating in the study Any obstacle that causes a delay in the intervention (conducting diagnostic tests outside the department, etc.)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Investigating the level of self-care in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Timepoint: before the implementation of the intervention in both groups, then at the end of the fourth week after the intervention and at the end of the fifth week after the intervention. Method of measurement: It will be measured by four questionnaires, the level of patient activity, the level of awareness of the disease, the level of pulmonary rehabilitation due to self-efficacy, and the assessment test of chronic obstructive respiratory disease.
