Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all people aged 30 to 65 with wrinkles on their dorsal hands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hand cosmetic surgery and procedures A history of ablative or nonablative laser treatment in the past year A history of treatment with any laser device in the last three months Any topical treatment within 14 days prior to treatment The presence of any inflammation the presence of active infection Old unhealed wounds and skin lesions Breastfeeding and pregnancy A history of any active skin disease in the area (such as cancer and autoimmune disease) A history of keloid scar Known allergy to local anesthetic lidocaine History of taking photosensitive drugs
