Intervention 1: Intervention group: The uterine cesarean scar is covered with amniotic membrane. Intervention 2: Control group: The uterine cesarean scar is covered with a hydrocolloid dressing.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with their first pregnancy Women with a history of one previous cesarean section Women with a negative viral test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women undergoing cesarean section due to meconium or preeclampsia or abruption
