Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a definitive diagnosis of endometriosis and infertility requiring surgery whose endometriosis has been diagnosed by imaging Patients who have at least one ovary, one tube, and one uterus remaining during surgery Age between 20 and 40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of previous endometriosis surgery Patients with inflammatory diseases Patients with a history of vascular disease Patients with chronic heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and any disease that requires corticosteroid therapy Patients who have shown sensitivity to human amniotic membrane and hyaluronic acid gel
