Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral or bilateral serous otitis Gap between 10-30 in PTA Type B tympanometry Failure to improve within a month of the onset of symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in a clinical study Nasopharyngeal carcinoma Systemic corticosteroids use
