Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 55 years Body mass index (BMI) over 35 Candidate for Bariatric surgery based on scientific indication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of heart disease Have a history of diabetes Have a history of hypertension

| Fatty liver grading in ultrasound. Timepoint: Once at the time of the visit (before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: liver ultrasound and report in grade 1, 2 ,3.;Liver fibrosis based on liver elastography. Timepoint: One at visit time (before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: with liver ultrasound and quantitative report.;Abdominal visceral fat percentage. Timepoint: Once at the time of visit(before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on abdominal ultrasonography and report its quantitative thickness.;Carotid intima media thickness (CMIT). Timepoint: Once at the time of visit(before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: with cervical carotid artery sonography and report in millimeters.;Flow-mediated dilation (FMD). Timepoint: Once at the time of visit (before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: With Peripheral vascular ultrasound and report in percentage.;Atherosclerotic plaque thickness (Focal increase in arterial wall width) in carotid arteries. Timepoint: Once at the time of visit(before surgery) and once 4 months after surgery. Method of measurement: With cervical carotid artery sonography and report in millimeters. | — |
