Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Farsi dialect Literacy for reading and writing Literacy in using social networks and smart phones Marriage and having sex with a spouse Gestational age 12-26 weeks healthy pregnancy Having informed consent Single and healthy fetus Having gestational diabetes based on the laboratory criteria of the American Diabetes Association and doctor's confirmation Obtaining a score of 28 or less in the sexual functional index Age 18 to 38 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy complication (except GDM) addiction Mental disorders and the use of psychiatric drugs Recently annoying accidents

Timepoint: Baseline, completion of the intervention in the 8th week, follow-up to the completion of the study in the 12th week. Method of measurement: Sexual beliefs are measured with Sossah et al.'s questionnaire of sexual beliefs in pregnancy, which includes 13 items.;Changes in the mean fasting blood sugar and two hours after breakfast. Timepoint: Baseline, completion of the intervention in the 8th week, follow-up to the completion of the study in the 12th week. Method of measurement: fasting blood sugar and two-hour blood sugar in mg/dL after breakfast recorded in the pregnancy record. | — |
