Inclusion criteria: Having at least one encounter with a brain dead patient Lack of previous training in this field Interested in participating in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who are in plan period and have less than one month left of their plan period They have the possibility of changing the workplace from the intensive care units, or transferring to another city
