| Blood pressure before physical activity. Timepoint: After resting for 15 minutes in a cool environment, people are asked to do light activity on a treadmill at a speed of 2.4 km/h for 30 minutes. In the activity phase with drinking, people drink 100 ml of prepared liquids every 5 minutes. During this period, the heart rate of people is measured every two minutes . Method of measurement: Finger heart rate monitor.;Average body temperature.
