Blood pressure before physical activity. Timepoint: After resting for 15 minutes in a cool environment, people are asked to do light activity on a treadmill at a speed of 2.4 km/h for 30 minutes. In the activity phase with drinking, people drink 100 ml of prepared liquids every 5 minutes. During this period, the heart rate of people is measured every two minutes . Method of measurement: Finger heart rate monitor.;Average body temperature. Timepoint: After resting for 15 minutes in a cool environment, people are asked to do light activity on a treadmill at a speed of 2.4 km/h for 30 minutes. In the drinking activity phase, people drink 100 ml of prepared liquids every 5 minutes. During this period, the tympanic temperature is measured every two minutes. Method of measurement: Tympanic thermometer.;Thermal comfort score in the questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after completing the physical tests. Method of measurement: Use of questionnaires.;The amount of electrolytes in the blood. Timepoint: After intervention and completion of physical tests. Method of measurement: Blood sampling and counting of its electrolytes.
