Intervention group: The intervention group will receive an in-person educational program based on the Health Belief Model, delivered in four sessions lasting 45 to 60 minutes each to groups of 10-15 p
guidance on self-assessment of risk based on Body Mass Index (BMI), dietary habits, and physical activity levels
a description of the complications and long-term consequences of the syndrome
an emphasis on the benefits of preventive behaviors
the identification of individual and environmental barriers, such as time constraints, the cost of healthy nutrition, and lack of motivation
and strategies for strengthening self-efficacy..

16 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: being 16-18 years old, self-reported absence of chronic psychiatric disorders, self-reported absence of known malignant diseases, self-reported absence of known chronic diseases, and no prior history of participating in educational classes or counseling related to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue participation in the research and absence of the participant from more than two educational sessions
