Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The presence of gingivitis caused by microbial biofilm in a generalized form Adults over 18 years old Permanent dentition No history of periodontal disease Patient cooperation to participate in the study and follow-up Patients without systemic and mental diseases Having at least 20 permanent teeth (which must include teeth 11, 16, 26, 31, 36, 46) Minimum average of PI and GI with a score of two have access to a smartphone (Android or IOS)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Cigarettes Long-term use of drugs affecting periodontium (corticosteroids, epilepsy drugs, blood pressure drugs, antibiotics, etc.) Physical and mental problems that prevent proper hygiene. Agenesis dental problems and dental anomalies Lack of proficiency in Persian language Failure to accept oral hygiene orders Patients who use drugs that affect plaque adhesion, such as mouthwashes
