Inclusion criteria: Suffering from no psychological diseases Having at least finished the middle school A maximum of 2 years have passed since the divorce No drug use Not receiving an ongoing psychological treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from psychiatric diseases Undergoing psychological interventions Being illiterate Taking psychiatric drugs
