Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: exercise-supplement. Subjects of the exercise-supplement group take one 80 mg capsule of nanocurcumin with a daily dose during the period.

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women Women with PCOS Age between 20 and 38 years (fertility age)

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease Respiratory disease Using hormonal drugs
