Intervention 1: Control group: In the control group, patients will undergo tympanoplasty surgery through the back of the ear using Gelfoam by the same surgeon as the intervention group. Intervention 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Partial tearing of the tympanic membrane Age 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of cholesteatoma or other pathology

Measure	Time frame
