40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - patients with osteoarthritis in the age range of 40-75 years, - having chronic knee pain in at least one knee during the last 3 months - having moderate pain at least bothersome based on the VAS criterion (at least criterion number 4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - drug sensitivity and allergy, - patients who had joint replacement surgery, - intra-articular steroid injection within 90 days before the study, - alcohol addiction and narcotic drugs - suffering from radiculopathy and neuropathy, - history of recent trauma to the knee, - Being suspicious of malignancy, - Chronic infection , pregnant and lactating women, - Taking oral and topical steroids during the 14 days before the study, having blood pressure above 140/90, - Suffering from intestinal colitis and chronic diarrhea, having active hemorrhoids. - Use of anticoagulants and Plavix - Men before conception (wanting children) - Severe heart and kidney disorders - Blood dyscrasias disease - Hypersensitivity to the components of Razi tablets - Simultaneous use of potassium depleting diuretics - People with (BMI) above 35 conditions Exclusion from the study: - Observing the finding of any of the conditions of non-entry in examinations and checks during the study (especially in case of blood pressure increase above 140/90 during the study). - Concomitant use of potassium depleting diuretics - Hypersensitivity to the components of Razi tablets - Consuming more than the prescribed amount of painkillers (based on the statistics of the amount of painkillers consumed) - It is emphasized to each member of the two groups that during their participation in this study Avoid activities, heavy sports such as mountain climbing and special massages and treatments outside of your previous routine, and take the provided medicine carefully

MeasureTime frame
Osteoarthritis severity of knee joint. Timepoint: At the beginning of the first week and the end of the third week and the end of the sixth week. Method of measurement: 1- The amount of pain was measured by the researcher using the visual-linear pain measurement scale (VAS), which is standardized for measuring pain. Linear-visual pain measurement scale from zero to ten 2-WOMAC questionnaire is an international and standardized questionnaire to evaluate the treatment outcomes of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
