Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients referred to the skin clinic Score 1-38 based on GAGS Age more than 13 years Not taking OCP and spironolactone in the last 2 months Not pregnant and not intending to get pregnant for 3 months Not during breastfeeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Score more than 38 based on GAGS Age less than 13 years Use of OCP and spironolactone in the last 2 months Pregnancy or intention to become pregnant within the next 3 months breastfeeding period Withdrawal from research Failure to take medication as directed Taking drugs that suppress the immune system and antihistamines Taking antibiotics in the last 30 days Hormone therapy in the last 3 months Systemic steroid use in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of disease. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and the second, fourth, sixth, eighth, and twelfth weeks. Method of measurement: Global Acne Grading Score.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Restoration. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 after the intervention. Method of measurement: Global Acne Grading Score.
