Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being between 18 and 80 years old Receiving oral anticoagulants The client's ability to learn the instructions and perform the self-care process
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of active bleeding The presence of mental illnesses and the use of psychotropic drugs according to the patient's statement
