Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study Chronic back pain patients Age over 18 years Moderate and severe pain intensity (above 5 based on VAS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery in the last 3 months Rheumatological diseases or severe systemic diseases (, diabetes,..) Neurological diseases (MS, neuropathy,..) Presence of inflammation in the sacroiliac joint on examination History of fracture in the spine Presence of spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis History of any type of cancer Patient's unwillingness to continue treatment
