Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definite diagnosis of acute heart failure by a specialist doctor , Age 65-18 years Access to a smart phoneHaving The power of speech and hearing Literate in reading and writing At least six months have passed since the doctor's definitive diagnosis Ejection Fraction(EF) percentage of the patient (less than 40%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of literacy Inability to read and write Lack of access to a smartphone Age more than 65 years Ejection Fraction percentage more than 40%
