Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses of surgical wards (abdomen and orthopedics) Nurses with at least 6 months of work experience in the relevant wards Nurses with at least a bachelor's degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Transferring nurses from the surgery department to another department Absence or going on sick leave
