Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nursing staff of Kashan University of Medical Sciences Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher Having at least one month of work experience in special care units Active participation in the patient's drug treatment process
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Leaving the job or changing the place of work of nursing personnel from intensive care units to other units or other hospitals Sick leave or maternity leave of personnel during the study implementation process
