Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group, acupressure will be performed at 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, first at Shenmen point and then at Neiguan point, twice a day for 3 minutes of direct pressure

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a score between -3 and +4 on the Richmond scale Have a mild to severe level of delirium (i.e., a score of 0 to 24 on the Neecham scale Be between the ages of 18 and 65 Does not have a history of Alzheimer's or dementia (based on the report of the research unit or family) Do not have a history of cognitive problems (based on the report of the research unit or the family and the contents of the file) According to the statement of the individual or the family, the consumption of psychoactive drugs and narcotics is not

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient dissatisfaction Taking arterial blood samples from the desired acupressure points Physical restraint of patients at the wrist Be less than 18 years old and more than 65 years old Have a score less than -3 in the Richmond criterion
