Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Possessing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher Having at least one year of full-time clinical experience Scoring 5 or higher on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of psychiatric disorders such as major mood disorders or alcohol use disorders Presence of neurological abnormalities such as severe or intractable neurological diseases, like brain injuries or seizure disorders Pregnant women or women of childbearing age who choose not to use contraceptive methods during the study. Having metal implants, pacemakers, or other implantable medical devices Taking sleeping pills or sedatives
