Inclusion criteria: 1. Being Iranian 2.Being married 3. Having at least primary education 4. According to the person's statement, there is no history of drug use by himself or his wife 5. According to the person's statement, Not suffering from psychological illness 6 Having a smartphone

Self-criticism is typically defined as a negative personality trait in which a person's identity is disrupted and is defined as a tendency for an individual to have high expectations of themselves and question their own performance. In this study, this refers to the score that a subject will receive on the LOCS self-criticism questionnaire. Higher scores on this scale indicate a higher level of self-criticism in the individual. Timepoint: Measuring self-criticism before the training classes, immediately after the classes and 1 month after the classes. Method of measurement: The self-criticism variable is measured using the Thompson and Zuroff Self-Criticism Questionnaire. This questionnaire has 22 items, and the comparative self-criticism component measures negative views of oneself compared to others with 12 questions (2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,21,22) and the internalized self-criticism component measures negative views of oneself compared to internal standards with 10 questions (1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19). It is scored on a 7-point Likert scale, ranging from 1 (never) to 7 (always). Questions 6-8-11-12-16-20-21 are scored in reverse. The range of scores is from 22 to 154. Higher scores on this scale indicate a higher level of self-criticism in the individual.;Rumination is the process of obsessive and repetitive thinking about the causes and consequences of negative events or negative emotions. In this study, this refers to the score that the subject will receive from the RRS Rumination Questionnaire. Scores between 22 and 33 indicate low rumination, between 33 and 55 indicate moderate rumination, and above 55 indicate high rumination. Timepoint: Measurement of rumination before training classes, immediately after the completion of classes, and 1 month after the completion of classes.
