Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research sample in this study included all patients with multiple sclerosis, members of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of Zahedan city, whose disease was confirmed by a neurologist and at least 6 months had passed since the diagnosis of their disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of serious complications of the disease (severe movement disorder, vision), hospitalization or death of the patient during the study. Absence of more than one session in the workshop.
