Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Nordic walking training, 3 sessions per week, every session 60 minutes in the morning, every other day. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: The supplement group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women with type 2 diabetes Age 65 to 75 years Ability to stand and walk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute illness (Including acute joint disease and weak bones, as well as fractures) Inability to exercise Use of tobacco and alcohol Use of antioxidant supplements Unwillingness to participate in any study when Having cardiovascular diseases Regular regular exercise in the last 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Adiponectin. Timepoint: Adiponectin measurement at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 48 hours after the last training session in fasting state. Method of measurement: ELISA reader device and using ELISA kit.;Apelin. Timepoint: Apelin measurement at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 48 hours after the last training session in fasting state. Method of measurement: ELISA reader device and using ELISA kit.;Asprosin. Timepoint: Asprosin measurement at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 48 hours after the last training session in the fasting state. Method of measurement: ELISA reader device and using ELISA kit.

Glucose. Timepoint: Fasting Blood sugar measurement at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and 48 hours after the last training session. Also, Fasting blood sugar will be measured regularly during the study to control diabetes. Method of measurement: Using a kit, an ELISA device and a glucometer device.;Insulin. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 48 hours after the last training session. Method of measurement: ELISA device and ELISA kit.
