Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly women with type 2 diabetes Age 65 to 75 years Ability to stand and walk
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute illness (Including acute joint disease and weak bones, as well as fractures) Inability to exercise Use of tobacco and alcohol Use of antioxidant supplements Unwillingness to participate in any study when Having cardiovascular diseases Regular regular exercise in the last 6 months
