Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 10 to 17 years. Absence of wound or skin disorder. Absence of sensory or vascular disorder. Absence of history of fractures, dislocations in the upper limbs and any problems that affect the skeletal-muscular system. Ability to follow the examiner's recommendations. Absence of upper limb disorders including scoliosis and other abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend the clinic to perform exercises regularly and according to the schedule. Participant's lack of consent to continue participating in the project. Incidence of damage during the study period.
