MeasureTime frame
The amount of self-care: the principles and programs of care in a targeted and voluntary manner in a way that leads to favorable clinical outcomes and has a multi-dimensional structure. Timepoint: Before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Hart's prenatal care measures questionnaire is derived from Orem's self-care items and prenatal care guidelines prepared by Hart in 1995. It contains 41 questions based on a 5-point Likert scale and each one is given points from 1 to 5 respectively. In questions 1, 2, 9, 12, 23, 29, 34, reverse scoring is done. The higher the total score indicates the higher and better level of self-care.;Worry: Uncertain feelings and thoughts, often with a negative charge, which, if intensified, are uncontrollable negative thoughts that can cause anxiety. Timepoint: Before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Cambridge Anxiety Questionnaire: It is used to measure the anxiety level of expectant mothers with a 6-point Likert scale and contains 16 questions. It is graded from 0 to 5. The minimum score is 0 and the maximum score is 80. The concern score is divided into two parts: high score (4.5 indicates major concern) and low score (0-3 indicates less concern). It has 4 main structures: 1- Socio-medical aspects of having a baby including: birth, going to the hospital, internal examinations, adjusting to the birth of a new baby 2- Social and economic aspects including: money, employment problems, housing and law 3- Related issues To the health of the mother and the baby, such as abortion and issues that are problematic for the health of the mother and the fetus. 4- Relationships with spouse, family and friends.;Health practices: Actions and decisions taken by the mother to achieve the desired outcomes of pregnancy and can affect the development of the fetus and the outcomes of pregnancy. Timepoint: Before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Method of measuremen
