Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet at least 5 out of 9 Narcissistic personality disorder criteria of DSM-5-TR at least 18 years old Be able to speak and read Farsi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: intellectual disability change in dosage and type of psychiatric medicine 3-months prior to the study met criteria for a psychotic disorder met criteria for bipolar disorder Having neurological disorders Required specialized treatment for high risk of suicide received 8 or more sessions of psychotherapies within last 5 years

MeasureTime frame
Severity of narcissistic personality symptoms. Timepoint: Baseline, post-treatment, 6,9, and 12 months after interventions will be finished as a follow-up phase. Method of measurement: By using self-report questionnaire named "Pathological Narcissism Inventory".;Narcissistic personality disorder. Timepoint: Baseline, post-treatment, 6,9, and 12 months after interventions will be finished as a follow-up phase. Method of measurement: Using Structured Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Personality Disorders.

Severity of emotion dysregulation. Timepoint: Baseline,post-treatment, 6,9, and 12 months after interventions will be finished as a follow-up phase. Method of measurement: Self-report questionnaire named "the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale".;Severity of anger. Timepoint: Baseline,post-treatment, 6,9, and 12 months after interventions will be finished as a follow-up phase. Method of measurement: Self-report questionnaire named " the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory–2".;Severity of shame. Timepoint: Baseline,post-treatment, 6,9, and 12 months after interventions will be finished as a follow-up phase. Method of measurement: Self-report questionnaire named" the Experience of Shame Scale".
