Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neonates with a gestational age of less than 34 weeks Age under one month to start treatment Open ductus arteriosus with hemodynamic significance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with chromosomal abnormalities Toxic neonates Babies with sepsis Babies with congenital heart disease Life-threatening infection Grade 3 and higher intraventricular hemorrhage Right to left shunt Platelet count less than 60 thousand

Closed or patent ductus arteriosus. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 3 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Echocardiography.
