Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a body mass index of 30 and above Not being pregnant Not having a history of thyroid cancer Not using corticosteroid drugs Not taking psychoactive drugs Not taking anti-epileptic drugs Not taking blood sugar-lowering drugs Consent of people to participate in the study living in the city

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with normal BMI and thin Diet restriction according to the doctor's opinion

Primary

MeasureTime frame
BMI. Timepoint: Every month for 4 months. Method of measurement: Measuring height and weight with a scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lifestyle self-efficacy related to weight. Timepoint: Every month for 4 months. Method of measurement: Questionnaire of 20 questions of lifestyle self-efficacy related to weight.
