Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy The length of the cervix is 30-15 mm gravid 1 The minimum age of the mother is 18 to 35 years. Gestational age between 18 and 24 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspicion of clinical chorioamnionitis or positive amniotic fluid culture major fetal abnormalities, Active vaginal bleeding Membrane rupture placenta previa History of conization or lip Multiple pregnancy cervix above 1 cm The presence of labor pains Maternal systemic diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Labour time. Timepoint: A week of pregnancy when the pregnancy ends. Method of measurement: patient's history.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Rupture of the membrane. Timepoint: before 37 weeks. Method of measurement: history.;Need to be re-hospitalized for the treatment of preterm delivery. Timepoint: pregnancy period. Method of measurement: history.;Chorioamnionitis. Timepoint: pregnancy period. Method of measurement: history.;Vaginal or urinary tract infections. Timepoint: pregnancy period. Method of measurement: history.;Neonatal complication. Timepoint: Neonatal outcomes include birth weight (median, less than 2500 g and less than 1500 g), perinatal death rate (fetus and infant) and NICU admission, IVH, sepsis, RDS and neonatal retinopathy after delivery.
