Inclusion criteria: Patient consent to participate in the study Suffering from the acute phase of mania of bipolar disorder, which must be confirmed by a psychiatrist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of sensitivity and allergy to aripiprazole and risperidone Physical illness
