Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having informed consent to participate in the research Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing At least one year of clinical experience in the intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of informed consent to participate in the study Termination of clinical activity in the intensive care unit for any reason, such as illness, change of service location, etc. Being absent from educational programs for two or more sessions
