Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Attendance to attend Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher At least 6 months of work experience in the emergency department of Al-Zahra Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study A degree lower than a bachelor's degree Experience of less than 6 months in the department of Vergence

MeasureTime frame
.Missed nursing care, which is a minimum score of 24 and a maximum score of 96. Timepoint: The training classes will start after obtaining the irct code. Method of measurement: Completing the questionnaire (California Critical Thinking Questionnaire and Kalish Missed Nursing Care Questionnaire).
