Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in the emergency department with a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher Having at least one year of clinical work experience in the emergency department Absence of mental disorders according to DSM 5 Full consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not want to continue participating in the study transfer to another department or leaving the center during the study Incomplete completion of the research questionnaire Absence of more than 3 sessions in training programs
