Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female heads of single-parent households in Tabriz city 2. People who want to participate in the study. 3. In the last 6 months, he has not received formal training about his assets and capabilities. 4. Be of Iranian origin. 5. Female heads of households who do not have disabled children. Female heads of households in the age range of 30 to 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Housewives women who have addictions. 2. Failure to express consent to continue participating in the study at any stage
