Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirming the diagnosis of cancer and having a file in the hospital At least 3 months have passed since the diagnosis of cancer Age more than 18 years Ability to read and write Willingness to participate in the study Having no problem communicating Not having any mental problems Patients with cancer treated with chemotherapy drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to continue participating in meetings death of the patient Incomplete completion of the questionnaire The occurrence of stressful events Patient getting sick for any reason and cancer metastasizing Participation in other programs similar to the present study during the intervention Continue treatment in other cities Treatment with other methods including radiotherapy and surgery

| Watson's theory of human care. Timepoint: Providing a care plan for a patient with cancer, which is designed based on the principles of the Watson care model, and the researcher is present at the patient's bedside and will provide real-time care. The intervention consists of four phases. The first phase includes providing explanations about the causes of the disease and treatments and nutritional care, activity and rest, and programs implemented by the researcher. The second phase is explanations related to spirituality and religion and how to deal with problems with spiritual help. The third phase includes explanations aimed at controlling anxiety and stress caused by it, with the help of a psychologist, and the fourth phase includes explanations aimed at increasing life expectancy with the help of a psychologist.
