Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who candidate for upper pole PCNL at Faghihi hospital and dont have exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bleeding,PCS perforation,Large residual stone,Multiple access,obstructive anatomy,congenital anomaly,abnormal coagulation profile,Morbid obesity,Active pulmonary diseases
