18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Women of reproductive age (18-39) 2- Women with primary infertility 3- Women with decreased ovarian reserve test 4- Women without a history of chronic medical disease (diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, etc.) 5- Women with unexplained infertility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Unwillingness to participate in the study 2- Patients with diabetes 3- Non-smoking 4- No chemotherapy or radiotherapy 5- No neurological or psychiatric diseases 6- No autoimmune diseases7- Abnormal BMI

Primary

Anti-Mullerian hormone. Timepoint: Anti-Mullerian Hormone Measurement Before Taking Medication. Method of measurement: Determining and comparing AMH hormone levels in women with primary infertility before and after intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparing AMH hormone levels in women with primary infertility before and after intervention based on age groups. Timepoint: 2- Determining and comparing AMH hormone levels in women with primary infertility before and after intervention based on age groups. Method of measurement: The anti-Mullerian hormone test is used to measure the relevant outcome. The test results are compared before and after the intervention.
