Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 80 years Symptoms of acute rhinorrhea and dry cough duration of symptoms 7 days or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with signs and symptoms of asthma, pneumonia, sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis Pregnant women Patients with severe illness requiring hospitalization Patients with a history of reactive airway diseases (asthma and chronic lung diseases)
