Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: parkinsonians patients who has developed levodopa induced dyskinesia. who has no previuos history of surgery for parkinson.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hypersensitivity to Famotidin liver failure renal failure known gastrointestinal disease history of consumption of histamin receptor antagonist drugs in last 6 month
