Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: parkinsonians patients who has developed levodopa induced dyskinesia. who has no previuos history of surgery for parkinson.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hypersensitivity to Famotidin liver failure renal failure known gastrointestinal disease history of consumption of histamin receptor antagonist drugs in last 6 month

MeasureTime frame
Levodopa-induced dyskinesia measured by Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS). Timepoint: Check the Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale for Parkinson's Disease (MDS-UPDRS) before and three months after famotidine administration. Method of measurement: Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS).
