Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses should have at least six months of work experience in the special department and one year of clinical experience Have received or delivered at least one patient in different shifts Willingness and full satisfaction of nurses to complete demographic information and participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses should not get sick or move or take leave during study
