Inclusion criteria: Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Having at least 6 months of work experience in the desired units Failure to participate in educational programs related to the subject

Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in more than one reflection session Failure to participate in the pre- or post-test Unwillingness to continue cooperation in the study
