Intervention 1: Intervention Group: Apart from the classic and routine treatment for COPD in this group, the patients will be treated for chronic rhinosinusitis with Mometasone (Restanex, Sina Darou)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with chronic rhinosinusitis .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple attacks of exacerbation Patients receiving systemic corticosteroids

MeasureTime frame
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Questionnaire (CAT). Timepoint: Before and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire (CAT).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The frequency of COPD attacks. Timepoint: Before and two months after treatment (Intervention). Method of measurement: Attack rate questionnaire.
