Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a minimum literacy of the parents of the child Parents' willingness to participate in the study Diagnosis of spastic cerebral palsy in children by a neurologist Having an age of 1 to 7 years Having level 2-4 of gross movements based on the GMFCS scale Having level 2-4 of hand ability based on MACS scale Parents have the opportunity to implement the occupation-based positioning program at home
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the participation of the child or the main caregiver during the research Parents are not the primary caregivers of the child Non-implementation of the occupation-based positioning program by parents for more than 1 week during the intervention period Having severe intellectual disability (IQ below 50 according to the Sparkle test) Having a history of orthopedic-reconstructive surgeries in the last six months Having a history of botox injection in the last three months
